"Previously used mid 2000’s and early 2010’s and had no issues. We liked the fair price and typically engaging customer service. Filed our taxes in 2018 and 2019 incorrectly transposing numbers in dependent’s social. It is my fault for not realizing this but after the IRS contacted me regarding failure to file(although all payments were made) the advised me of the error and stated the notified my accountant both years of the error. We have been calling at first weekly, now multiple times daily since October. We also emailed them with the correct number of which we also provided from the beginning. We received one email back 2 months ago that states they re-filed for us. However, they used the incorrect social again!! So of course it was once again rejected by the IRS. We now call three times daily, even drove by the office during business hours(no one available) and have been told by the answering service some will call you back urgently. Still nothing. I am beyond frustrated as this could have so easily been rectified and not drug out. It is like they just packed up and went home and are out of business. I was not even upset initially but I am extremely upset now as three months of unanswered correspondence. Very unprofessional."
