"Last year was great working with Taxperts but this year I cannot get an answer after I gave all the paperwork to her. "This is my second time filing with Bluebonnet Taxperts, and that speaks volume in itself. I'm leaving a 5 star review and heres why: I searched for weeks trying to find the right person or company to help me. I had read previous reviews about customers not being able to contact the person or they were unsatisified with response times. I took into account: that most reviews left are only negative ones, there could have been something personal going on like an emergency or they had children because they are people with lives just like the rest of us, it is a company and they do have work to do and may not have an assistant, etc. I originally went to Jeannie with a stack of papers, years of unfiled or misfiled taxes, in a crumply folder, terrifed and embarrased that I had let it get to this point. Unsure of what to expect, scared of the outcome, she worked her magic. She was incredibly welcoming, she talked to me like a family friend calming my worries of judgement and embarrasment, and she explained it so I could understand. She is certified through the IRS and knows how they operate to better serve her clients, the "Taxperts" in the business name is accurate. And to add, I have not had any communication issues. She responds when she is able, whether immediately or a day or two after, nothing that the previous comments indicated. She saved me so much money and I couldn't imagine filing anywhere else. If you are in search of a honest company that treats their clients like family and provides services that will exceed your expectations this is the one."

"The absolute best place to get your taxes done. She was able to get me the most money for less then the other places. She even corrected my prior year that was done by another company!
