"Not the best experience for me. I reached out for assistance, I was told I would get a call back once the receptionist was able to check availability. I waited a few days & called back several times and couldn't reach anyone. Than I put in an online request and waited again. I did finally get the same person on the phone again who said they would call be back and apologized. Well one week later, I still wasn't able to get anyone back on the phone and no follow up call. Im not big on leaving bad reviews but I was not happy with being treated that way. SO this is just a honest review of my recent experience."
