"I wish I could give 0 stars. We set an apt up with Carmen. We get to our Apt on time and with a toddler. Carmen wasn’t even there. We never got a phone call from her stating she wouldn’t be there or to explain to us why she wasn’t there or to even reschedule. So after sitting in the office “waiting” for her to get there for 30min an assistant finally comes out to tell us Carmen isn’t even coming… to do our taxes with her and then later on Carmen will call us. We gave our documents to her assistant and asked how much these services would cost and she said she couldn’t answer that, that Carmen will let us know later. Almost TWO weeks later we get a call saying the documents are ready and that it will be $450!!!!!! WE STILL HAVEN'T MET OR HEARD FROM CARMEN!!! So we set up ANOTHER appointment just to speak to Carmen herself all for her to be EXTREMELY rude and ugly on the phone with my wife. So now we are picking up our documents and going with someone else."

"I had an interview with her company to work as tax preparation, the receptionist was rushing the interview the same day they call me at 1 pm and since I was driving to san antonio I requested to have the interview later or next week so she give the the 5 pm interview, and she told me if I need yo reschedule I have to call. So at 3 pm I call to reschedule since I wouldn't make it on time . And she started yelling that that made the time for me etc like if they were making me a favor . I'm not wonder why they are desperate looking for people to work with them if they treat their employees like that. The lady who is scheduling the interview should have phone etiquette, and don't fight like if she was in the hood."

"Horrible experience. They led me on till right before the tax due date then tried telling me I should have submitted it sooner. Also, they tried telling me I owed a huge amount making it very apparent they didn't know what they were doing since that is not the case. I had another CPA do my taxes and my suspicions of not owing were correct. Can not trust the credibility of this company."
