I'm trying to see how does he have black people working in his office as rude and inconsiderate as he is. He doesn't turn in proper documentation to one's job in a timely manner compromising their FMLA. You gets no more of our business. BYYYE PUNK"

"My wife and I came to Dr Ali after our longtime primary care Dr. Retired. Dr. Ali is Absolutely by far the worst Dr. My wife and I have ever had (or even heard of). He is VERY flippant, sarcastic and impersonal. He borders very closely to incompetent and malpractice. Not only did he never take time to address our medical concerns regarding our rather serious illnesses but he refused to even address the symptoms, medications and pain management. For every.problem that was reported to him came a referral to another Dr.. One of my other specialist even told me that Dr. Ali was short and disrespectful to him when he called to suggest an alternative medication and proactive diabetes management. Dr. Ali once took 4 days to return my constant phone calls and over 20 messages left with his staff begging for medical help. Finally I asked to speak with his supervisor and then I got a return call with no apology. I eventually went to the ER as my symptoms got worse and was immediately admitted that resulted in a medication change that he could have made if he just took time to listen to my symptoms and spend more than the usual (5min./ See you in 3 month) compulsory partial. After a lifetime of really loving the level of professionalism that Wash U. and the BJC network have provided; I am so surprised that a BJC doctor is being allowed to practice, who is so blatantly nonchalant, uncaring and incompetent."

"Did not take my chronic illnesses seriously and actually told me verbatim to not go into to details about my meds and just answer yes or no. Very rude. Doesn’t spend a lot of time. He told me I was supposed to have procedures that had never been advised of me or that I needed and also told me that I saw a doctor that told me to have said procedures that I’ve never saw. My follow Up care with this doctor is poor he wants to see me every 6 months and prescribes no refills. I have never had a doctor like this in all of my 9 years living with these Illnesses. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone and it could be due to an overload of patients. His bedside manner is very poor. His staff doesn’t ask you when would you like to schedule your appointment they schedule it for you, and that is pretty horrible for a person that rarely drives and has many other appointments with different doctors."

"Very professional, experienced, friendly I switched from my previous physician because she wasn't have enough experience and I wasn't feeling any physical results. Dr.Ali when described my health problems from the first visit almost he know exact my problem. after lab testing confirmed my sickness as he expected, he put me on treatment plan, since then my health improved, lost weight, controlled health. I recommended Dr.Ali and I trust him on my life."

"To be honest he doesn't deserve any stars. The worst primary doctor there is. He should not have a practice whatsoever!!!! Not only he doesn't care for the patients in his office also his receptionist staff and techs are very unprofessional. I went there the first time as a new patient and a follow-up appointment. Never met a doctor that had the WORST attitude in my life!!!!! I asked questions regarding my health and he never answered my question fully and had an attitude on top of it. It happened on both occasions. Also he never congratulated my success of my health progress. If you want to LIVE to see another day and to not waste your time and money, PLEASE CONSIDER ANOTHER PHYSICIAN!!!!!!"
