I came here for assistance and unfortunately they lied to me, telling me that they sent all the documents but it was a lie. They guaranteed me that everything was sent and done. But I never received a response. Under my investigation and speaking to the necessary offices, nothing had ever been done about my case because the offices that were going to receive my information never received it and it did not exist. The lady and her employees lost all my original documents which were difficult to obtain. I also met people who also asked for help from her and now they are in trouble due to her negligence and way of working. Please be very careful of people like her.
