"The first time I went the lady that did my estimate offered to do my taxes out of the office in a different location where she says she can help you even more if you go back and instead of going to that office you go where she tells you. I didn’t do them that day because I was missing some papers, but I went back a different day and did my taxes in the office and that day another lady took me in. I told her about what the other lady said and she said it’s happened in the past but didn’t seem annoyed by it. This year I went in and did my taxes on the 16 or 17th of March and chose to get my refund faster through bank account. I waited and waited and noticed more than three weeks passed and nothing was coming in. So that’s when I noticed routing number from my bank was incorrect and on my address she put in apartment number wrong. I gave her the information on hand sho she would put it in just like it was. So I called several times. First time I called they told me they will see what they could do but actually blamed me for not double checking information was correct. They called back saying they changed address but that routing number was one of many chase routing number and it should be ok. I called IRS and they told me that I should ask my financial institution about that and make sure and that the change of address will not take effect after payment is issued so it didn’t really matter that they fixed my address. So I called chase and they told me that the routing number they put in is for Florida location and that it will reject payment and more than likely will send a check. Which is going to be sent out to the wrong address. At the associates they basically told me that I need to do the changes with the IRS myself, now I have to be worrying about where my refund is going to go. When you go and do your taxes you are basically trusting the person to do their job right. I know I should checked it, but I provided the information on hand so she wouldn’t miss it. I even paid more to get it faster and now they won’t even fix what they did wrong. I am having to worry about this and how it’s going to get fixed. Because payment has to be issued and it’s taking longer because it’s wrong address and wrong bank information. It will have to be sent out and after that I can change all the information. This has been a pain and for sure will not be recommending or going back with them to do my taxes. I have other friends who do them with them and told them about what happened and they won’t be going back, because after mistake has been done they will not do anything about it. Now after all this gets fixed it will take 10 weeks to get everything done after refund has been sent out to wrong place, so we are looking at months probably around September until I can probably get my refund."

"I came to this place because a family member had referred me to file there. I guess this place steals people’s money if you’re not well known there because several people were only charged $80 while I was charged $187. Later on I get a letter saying that I had owed state taxes because they did not file those there. I called this place to ask why I was being charged for not paying the balance, they basically said it would cost another $20 if I needed to do state taxes, that they don’t do that for me unless I asked. These people should be ashamed of themselves, so unprofessional!"

"Worst place ever, however very good on makin mistakes and cover them up. So I called the IRS, because the lady said our files had come back as all ready filed, I lRS said they try it multiple time, so of course it would come, back as already file. Called them back and I was, told if I file electronic, charge was to be 180.00 then passed my bank acc information and got charged for"e-file" then I've received a check in the mail. Muy mal servicio, la manera de hacer los impuestos bien,pero a la hr de mandarlos la sr,. No se dio cuenta que los mando varias veces, causando recibir un error de parte del IRS,. Y luego me cobran por mandarlo por correo electrónico y lo recibí en papel.un mal experiencia. No lo recomiendo"
