"They charged me $800.00 dollars to do my taxes one year and this year $730.00 dollars and they got some of my information wrong so I had to wait until months later to get my money. More to say these two so called brothers are over charging some people and are associated with Pathward National Association Bank formerly known as Meta Bank. The Bank has given me the run around on sending my tax check. They say one thing then another, that bank is and their rules are no good. The tax prepare or as the bank call them that do your taxes(Euro) haven’t been responding to the bank to cut my check out of their tax office the bank employees said to get the check faster to the costumers. P.S. The names the two tax prep are using aren’t even their real names. In closing, if you want wonderful and honest reasonable price taxes done, Please Think Twice About Going To This Tax Office. They turned their office phone off full of voice mails and people are trying to contact them to have their checks printed and they turned off their wireless phone the the bank also have to try to contact them on,but yet the bank say they are showing the tax office is open now in October2022. Thanks and Beware People."
