"Negative starts if I could. I initially requested a quote from tax preparer Javier Esquerre to include the TOTAL amount being charged to me. He stated his fee was $175, he did not disclose the additional multiple software, bank, and filing fees. The business filed my tax return without my authorization after I told them I would take my business elsewhere. After speaking to Javier's boss, Derrick, who called himself the VP in headquarters. He refused to waive all of their fee's or reverse the refund and offered me a $50 discount off their total fees for filing my taxes without my consent. I have called and sent texts multiple times and they do not return my calls. I do not have any copies of my return either. When I initially spoke to Derrick, he proceeded to explain that during the first attempt in submitting my taxes (this was before I signed anything and fees were not disclosed at this time), the IRS rejected them because my dependent had been claimed by her father. I asked for a quote to file single in the meantime and then we would amend my taxes to include my dependent by mail. After seeing their outrageous undisclosed fees on that second quote, I strictly told Javier NOT to file as i was filing elsewhere. Derick proceeded to explain that my information was saved automatically by their system and that the system submitted my taxes by mistake. I questioned how can taxes be submitted by a system accidentally after the IRS denied my e-file the first time. He stated the second quote I received filing without my dependent remained in the system and then my paperwork was reviewed by a SECONDARY representative who MANUALLY submitted my taxes and claimed this person did not know I had not provided consent. I asked for a solution and they gave me two options, they told me THEY could return the money to the IRS which cannot be done after it's processed. The second option given to me was a $50 discount off the preparer's fee, not to include their software preparer’s transmission and technology (da hell is that) fees. So off of the $175. I asked Derrick to speak to Javier or his superior since $50 off was injustice given I never authorized them to file my taxes in the first place. He stated he would prioritize and get back to me, I have not heard from them since. My refund is scheduled to be directly deposited into their account on March 16, 2020 and a fraction of it was deposit on the 13 of march. I called derek once again and left a voicemail, no call back.I noticed Javier’s business card titled him as the owner and explained to him what my intent was for them to fix this because i had believed at the time he was not to blame. They have handled themselves unprofessionally, unwilling to fix their mistakes and waive the fee's altogether if they even felt remorse for their mistake, additionally, the 2 different versions of their contradicted explanation was their lack of apology and accountability, and lastly, their lack of getting back to me to resolve this issue shows a lot about their ethics."

"Do not file with this company. They did my taxes I was supposed to receive one amount that I have and invoice for and didn't get that. Received a totally different amount then was told to call tge IRS because they took it and it was not so. So please DO NOT FILE WITH ANY ONE WHO WORKS FOR THIS COMPANY. Amy, Jessica, and Kevin have something to do with it."
