"Hanh Nguyen prepared my taxes for 2020. I was notified by The Oklahamo Tax Commission that my taxes had been done incorrectly. On April 27, 2021, I contacted Ms. Nguyen about the mistake. She blamed it on new software that she used that year. It was her job to check what the software prints out which she failed to do and there was no assistant in correcting the error. Ms. Nguyen has only offered a credit on my tax preparation for 2021 which is unacceptable. A cash refund is required."
