"DON’T USE THIS COMPANY. Have been ignoring phone calls from specific people, but then answer when it comes from a different number… voicemails were left by said people and nothing is heard back. They have been using them for years and when Lee’s father passed the business has gone downhill. THEY OWE $2000 FOR LEE’S MESS UP AND HE WON’T EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN HE IS LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR SAID MESS UP. Good luck getting this guy to do your taxes RIGHT!!"

"DO NOT trust these people. I’ve been using them for YEARS. They have been trusted and used by my family and family friends for years and years. This year however, an EPIC mistake was made. Lee put my daughter on my taxes after I specifically told him it was my ex husbands year to claim her. It has turned into a HUGE mess, and Lee won’t even admit to the mistake that HE made, much less fix it. So my options are I pay in $2000 to get it mended, or let my ex husband claim our daughter for years to come. Either way I am ROYALLY screwed over. I needed my return this coming year to pay off credit card debt that I have been struggling with. My light at the end of the tunnel has been extinguished bc of someone else’s dumba$$ mistake and refusal to fix it. Oh! And also if they screw up, they go ghost on you….they won’t answer your calls or return voicemails or emails. These people are just about as shady as it gets, and Im going to make sure I tell as many people as possible. Frank was a good man. His daddy would be appalled to see him doing loyal clients this way. Save your time and money and go somewhere else."
