"They came highly recommended by my property management company but I am very disappointed and frankly shocked at the lack of professionalism they demonstrate. I signed with them in May of '21 and after this received NO communication from them. I called their office and sent several emails inquiring as to the status of my account to no avail. I never heard from them again and had to end up paying the full tax bill. The telephone number for the office was answered by machine and the message was always, "voice mailbox full and can't receive any messages.""
