"I agree with the review above. Not entirely a great place to work in. Especially if you are going into it as an entry-level position. The owner is amazing but the staff is quite questionable. The training is so bad. I had been assigned someone to train me who clearly did not want the responsibility and I would constantly hear chit-chat about my performance instead of being told directly what I was doing wrong and being taught properly. There is no real supervisor, the person who has seniority in the company is condescending and at times had the ugliest attitude I have seen. Talks to everyone like they're children. And since the owner is so busy running her other companies, there is no real supervision so you're pretty much on your own half the time so like I said if you're entry-level don't even try it. On the days when the so-called "supervisor" isn't there, the other employees bring alcohol to work and drink like they're enjoying a nice evening at home. And since the owner is never there this was a habit of theirs. So they would be drinking alcohol during work hours like it was nobody's business. Nothing but unprofessionalism all around with the drinking during working hours, condescending attitude, and non-stop unprofessional language from the owner and employees. The workload was crazy, but that is not really an issue when you have a supportive team. They will have you going in circles trying to find answers and you will never get a clear answer then they forget about you and when they find the mistake has not been solved they will get upset and blame you. Just terrible staff and the most depressing experience I have had."

"Not a good place to work or train. They ask for so much and pay little, not enough staff to train properly. No appreciation only negative feedback. Management treats employees horrible."
