"Omg i went to do my taxes and they are all new not a single familiar face I have done my taxes there for 12 years now and I k ow everyone there but not anymore I found out they all went to prison for falsifying tax returns documents. Don’t go there any more guys they still charge a lot and all the employees have no experience it’s like going to HRblock they lack experience. Not to mention the new office they got says it all the building it’s falling apart."

You all need to be very careful if your are planning to do income tax with her. she is been putting false information on income tax so people can get more refund risking that irs will audit you. she doesnt even care, if irs is questioning you she will not help you at all. she will not even bother to help you. she is very rude if you try to ask her a question. here is proof where she is in trouble. it says that she might be in prison for 3 years etc. look at at picture."

"They charge 35 dollars fee due to a pandemic and 50 dollars to cancel the service. Might as well charge me for keeping me on hold and hanging up. Very unprofessional and rude. Do they not realize that we are also in a pandemic, not just their company. That's how it is nowadays, company first then customers."
