Dr. Vilija Ball

Dr. Vilija Ball is a health institution located at 307 South Milwaukee Avenue in Wheeling, Illinois. Dr. Ball is dedicated to helping individuals achieve better emotional, relational, and organizational health. With a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Adler University in Chicago, Dr. Ball offers a unique and holistic approach to psychotherapy, drawing from a multidimensional view informed by diverse education, professional training, and personal experiences.

Dr. Ball focuses on building a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients based on respect, empathy, validation, understanding, authenticity, and warmth. Clients who accept this invitation often experience transformative change, finding healing and motivation for personal growth. Dr. Ball also provides psychoeducation on the seasons of change necessary for personal development and growth.

With experience working with adults, adolescents, children, families, and couples from diverse backgrounds, Dr. Ball offers a range of services including group psychotherapy, parenting education, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, eating disorder treatment, grief counseling, trauma therapy, CBT-I, and dementia care. Dr. Ball's extensive teaching experience as an adjunct professor allows for the integration of theory and research findings into tailored psychotherapy interventions.
