"We took our min pin & beagle today to get their nails trimmed. Our min pin can be aggressive but he felt so comfortable with them. He didn't even bark nor did try to bite the staff. It was a quick process. Both dogs came home happy, we will definitely be returning."

"I could give 0 stars if I could. My cousin has been a loyal customer for a while but we are not coming back here! I came here with my cousin to pick up her dog and they told her that her dog is being sent home because she got aggressive. How did a dog suddenly become aggressive? I am sure its the workers who got her dog to that state. Worse thing was they charged my cousin full price for half a haircut. The LEAST they could have done was to make it reduced. Needless to say, my cousin is never coming back here again. I just got a puppy and was about to book an appointment here but this experience has changed my mind!"

"This place is the absolute best in both quality and quantity on grooming and other needs for your pet! Only been to one other competitor, as this is my first pet, and they've been nothing but amazing for the first two visits :) For grooming, there's a bunch of options and services to choose from. Whether a bath, haircut, nail trim, etc. my pet feels safe and happy to get her grooming needs there instead of getting anxious as soon as seeing the other competitor's place. As for boarding, I was a bit skeptical at first, since the last time I left my dog somewhere was only for a few days, but when I picked her up, she came out shaking, scared, and even depressed. So, going for a full week of travel, I wasn't sure how to expect her reaction when boarding at this place. However, after about a week, I came back to a smiling and happy dog who couldn't be happier staying there. With all the necessities and toys they have, K9 did a great job of taking care of my pet, while easing mine and my dog's fears. Highly recommend their services, as my experience with them was awesome. Looking forward to bringing in my pet the next time for a groom or aboard! :)"
