"Ashley is incredible! I found her through one of the Arlington Heights facebook mom groups, where she was highly recommended be multiple moms. I've been dealing with a mild, yet annoying back pain for months from sitting at my desk all day. I've made a point to move a lot more frequently during my work day (not just before or after work or during lunch) which was helping but not solving my issue fast enough. One appointment with Ashley and I was back to my old self. She is a gem! She knew exactly what type of massage to do to make it all better immediately. She is wonderful to talk to and has great energy about her. I hope I don't have to be back due to pain, but I'd love to be back for a preventative maintenance, lol :)"
