Our team of therapists specializes in working with individuals, families, children, and couples to help them develop their inner strength and improve their mental health. Our focus is on empowering our clients to live healthy, fulfilling lives by addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, aggression, stress, and addiction.

We offer a variety of therapy modalities, including Certified DBT, CBT, Trauma Informed Therapy, Solution Focus, and Emotion Focused Therapy. Our approach is strength-based and client-centered, aiming to help our clients thrive, gain insight, overcome challenges, and heal. We also provide counseling services for families dealing with parenting issues, parent coaching, and behavioral disorders.

At Zem Therapy & Consulting, we understand that mental health care should be accessible to all, which is why we offer a sliding fee scale for clients without insurance. Please note that we are currently not accepting Medicaid or Medicare insurance plans. In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, we support Video and Telehealth services for the safety of our clients.
