"Therapy is a very scary thing, but with it being my first time in life following through with it, the staff is so sweet and compassionate! My therapist gives me hope for an amazing future. Today, I spoke with a receptionist named Timberland, and she was absolutely amazing with my schedule change. I highly recommend PSG (10/10) because the therapists are laid back, and they HEAR you! The only negative is that they should get an updated remodel. Like new furniture and a paint job. People should feel comfortable and calm from the moment they walk through the door. It's dark and not so put together. Otherwise, it's great!"

"Rating as one star because NO stars is not an option. This place is useless, soup to nuts. Making appointments is a nightmare. My nurse practitioner messed up my meds and I got quite sick with side effects that weren't necessary if things were handled properly. Not that this was a terribly surprising outcome considering the nurse practitioner I had pretty much didn't listen to ANYTHING I told her, and I seemed to have more psychiatric med expertise than she. Zero provider availability between appointments, regardless of the situation. AVOID. There are much better clinics, including talkspace dot com which was *almost* as huge of a whole cumulative nightmare."

"My son was referred to PSG and Dr. Leah Featherstone. It is unclear whether an error in her evaluation report was due to receiving the information incorrectly from the referring agency or her own error. When I addressed the error, and the referring agency confirmed her error, she promised to revise her report and send all parties a corrected copy. That was nearly a year ago. Of course, there have been attempts by both the agency and me to reach her and continue to remind her that she hasn't bothered with honoring her commitment to revise her report. All phone calls and emails have gone unreturned. Her report is a critical part of my son's treatment plan and is important to al his care team yet she refuses to correct errors within it. Grossly unprofessional."

"Horrible communication skills from the receptionists there. Have been calling for weeks to make an appointment for my mental health medications and in the meantime of not being contacted I've run out of my medications. I've told them on several messages that I'm having negative side effects and sometimes have gotten a seizure in the past but they do not care apparently. Having a seizure because of abruptly stopping my 3 medications is horrible and uncalled for. How about they start caring about their patients and doing what's expected from a DOCTORS OFFICE!!!!"

"If I could, I would give negative 5 stars. Don't even waste your time. Office staff and nurse very friendly and nice. The "Dr." Dionna McFerrin, is the type that will tell you "OK, so we're all good here. I'll see you in a month then." Then a month later 20 mins. before your appointment, she has the office staff call you and say that she will no longer be seeing you as a patient because she has "issues with the medication you're on." (I am on anxiety medication) Doesn't even give you time to find a new Dr. 1st. Incredibly unprofessional at very least."
