"Do NOT go here for therapy or medication supply! Horrible customer service and doesn’t care about you as a patient especially when it’s urgent. Please spare yourselves and find a different place to provide for you. Especially steer clear of Jill, worst provider I’ve had, been going here for years-Nathan was wonderful but then got switched to Jill who ruined my whole experience"

"One of the worst places I have encountered. The psychiatrist they paired me up with told me I need to get off my antidepressants and practically yelled at me. She refused to 1) up my meds and 2) offer a prescription for my current dosage. I was in tears during our zoom call. I eventually learned she had left the practice but I refuse to go here. I eventually went through my primary and I'm thriving."

"This place is committing insurance fraud. They have been double-billing me. I only went to this place for med refills; for anti-depressants specifically. Over the past year I noticed they were charging me twice per visit; once for psychiatry (med refill) and once for therapy, for a total of 55minutes worth of services. First of all, I have never had an appointment last longer than 20minutes. Second, I see a therapist at a separate private practice. Benchmark is aware of this. I called the billing department several times and they told me to call the office. The first time I spoke with the office manager she told me: "the bill was meant for your insurance company and not you. Sometimes we just add extra codes for insurance reasons." That's fraud. I received a new bill in the mail with the same double charges plus more services not rendered. Charges such as: PPE SUPPLIES and INTERACTIVE COMPLEXITY THERAPY. For those that don't know, interactive complexity is only used when patients become violent, and emergency intervention is needed. I have not ever become violent or been difficult with them. I called the office manager again, and first she tried to blame the billing company. Then, she said: " your bill has been adjusted and it doesn't matter what we bill you for as long as everything adds up to what it's supposed to be." All they did was take $200 off the bill but left the fraudulent charges still on the bill. That's an admition to charging for services not rendered. Avoid this place at all costs. Benchmark are supposed to be helping those in need not ripping them off for their own personal gain."

"Today I went to a new provider and he asked me questions for two hours before recommending everything. I feel like he already knows and understands me better than Mary or Catherine ever did after years of going to Benchmark. They have always been quick to offer new medications that cost upwards of $100 to refill. They charged me for rescheduling an appointment within 24 hours but I have waited up to 45 minutes and no less than 10 minutes for my appointments. It was the first time I had to reschedule in almost 3 years of going there. I realize their policy is to give 24 hour notice to reschedule an appointment; my policy is not to wait 45 minutes for someone who charges $150+ for a quick chat and blind recommendation of expensive medications. We spent multiple visits looking through notes, some of which were never taken from previous visits, which left us to guess what I had taken previously. I do not recommend using anyone at this provider."
