"I've received communication from Jennifer Manfre and staff, since writing my review. They are intent on convincing me that Jennifer Manfre did not do the things communicated to me, as detailed below, I was open and listened to their appeals that she had not made such notes in their system and instead went to bat for us, to continue treatment. Despite communication about resuming treatment, there was a constant push to get the review removed. Things seemed to go well and I told her I planned to remove the review but could not physically do so in the moment. I intended to do so, trusting that what they were telling me was true, despite not having proof, confirmation from the person who gave me the supposed misinformation, and despite the inability to corroborate what they were saying was true. Instead of accepting what I was saying, they went on and on about deleting the review. Without disclosing personal information, I reiterated that I was not physically able to do so immediately and had no access to my laptop. They still pressed the issue. Jenniefer Manfre escalated telling me that the review was "slander "and "inappropriate". She transferred the call to her billing person, who still pressed the issue and made comments like ~ I don't know I wasn't there , so I can't say Christin said that. Melissa also went on to tell me what actions I should've have taken in response to what transpired. Well guess what, I wasn't there when the appointments were canceled, to see the notes in the system, or anywhere to corroborate anything Melissa or Jennifer Manfre told me! I was there and have clear recollection of what Christin told me! Your duty is also to tell your staff what to do and how to handle situations, not me! If what you say is true and that had been done, this situation wouldn't exist. To add to matters, they rescheduled the child's appointments and then disregarded the virtual appointment, because they wanted the review removed, despite tap dancing around but never outright stating it. You draw your own conclusions and inferences but I exercised my legal right to draw my own and write a review, based on my FACTUAL interaction and experience with this practice as follows: "Avoid this practice! While I love Laura, the receptionist, and my child had a good rapport with Dr. Braggar, Jennifer Manfre is a liar and obviously unconcerned for patents. After months of visits, Jennifer Manfre abruptly cancelled all scheduled appointments. I spoke with Christin about sudden changes that would force us to rearrange care or seek care elsewhere. I told her I would check into some things and get back with her. I called back and was ASTOUNDED that she told me all of the child's appointments had been canceled. She said Jennifer Manfre personally canceled the appointments, stating she'd spoken with me and explained all options. I have NEVER in this life or any other spoken with or seen her. I found that to be disturbing. Under the circumstances it is insensitive, counterproductive, and potentially harmful! It's crazy that we have new insurance and the 1st place they referred to is this practice!" This is not slander it's statement of fact! If your were slandered, it was by your employee, who you insist did not provide factual information."
"My sister went here and the insurance was billed incorrectly. After several calls between my sister, my mom, and I with the therapist office and the insurance company, they were supposed to correct the charge and my sister has yet to get $200 back. Update: It has been about four months at this point, and no refund has been issued. No one has contacted regarding this either. Final Update: My sister never got her money back. The billing department is incompetent. If you get overcharged, you'll never see that money again."
