"She doesn't return emails or phone calls. I had waited almost 2 months trying to get an appointment with her and would email or call her every so often letting her know I was still waiting and to check in and had to reach out numerous times just trying to get a response. For someone trying to see her for anxiety and other issues only made my issues worse. I felt as if I was basically being rejected from her. She could have made my life a lot easier by just saying sorry I am not accepting new patients at this time or even a quick response just to reassure me. I felt that this was very unprofessional on her end."

She is always communicative when it comes to scheduling and external resources - she communicates with my school psychologist and my psychiatrist to make sure things are in good shape and that I had a team of people supporting me.
