"I found FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Center when I was looking for shockwave treatment on a recent injury. I was very happy with the level of customer service! Prior to the first treatment they had determined what benefits I had available, the scheduling was very easy, and the therapist did a good job of communicating the course of the treatment. The initial shock wave treatment was complementary, and it gave me the opportunity to decide if I wanted to continue. After trying once I signed up for a package of three, and because I felt the treatment was helpful, I added more sessions. Mitch the therapist who treated me did an excellent job, as a tennis player he tailored the physical therapy around what I needed. 7 weeks after the injury, I am playing again, and feel the strength of injured area is much improved! Kudos to both Mitch and Chris, very professional and knowledgeable!"
