"Very disappointed in my interaction with this office. I contacted the office via email in late April with a few questions before I scheduled an appointment. I received prompt responses from the office manager and we chatted through email for about a week before I decided I wanted to move forward and book with one of their therapists. She told me she'd pass my contact information along to that therapist to get in touch with me to schedule my first appointment. Up until this point, I was extremely satisfied with the communication I'd received from the office and felt like I was cared about and my feelings were being understood and heard. That was 20 days ago. I have followed up twice since then and have still not received a response. I haven't heard back from the office manager or the therapist who was supposed to be in touch with me to schedule my appointment. I was essentially "ghosted" by a mental health clinic when I needed help the most (and I made it very clear that I was struggling emotionally and wanted to be seen ASAP). Really disappointing and disheartening, especially because it seemed like a great fit and I was really looking forward to meeting with this therapist. I'm now starting my search all over again."
