"Sadly, my dealings with Dr. Myket at Susan Myket & Associates were nothing but anxiety provoking. When I approached her regarding my daughter's therapy, she ignored my request for confidentiality; when I voiced my frustration, she was unapologetic, insulting and defensive. Though our clinician was degreed and able, Dr. Myket's tone was void of any compassion or concern. Truly a disappointing experience coming from the head of an anxiety clinic. The emphasis placed on meeting goals and exerting as little time/energy as possible created an environment more befitting a busy deli counter...and I've experienced more warmth and professionalism at deli counters."
