"I called five times to make an appointment with Dr. Brown. Had an extensive interview as to why I need an appointment. If he would accept a new a patient unless they knew what medications I was on because he had to approve if he would prescribe those medications. I do believe that's against HIPAA laws to just ask someone over the phone. It was a strange question to be judged immediatelyaboutmedication when you don't even know a person's story. I don't think they're there for the health of anyone . No compassion or empathy, no worries about how you're really doing, why are you even in this business. Probably just a money making place would not waste my time."

"They canceled my appointment bc of my anxiety and depression medicine they don't prescribe? It's a psychiatrist so that doesn't make sense at all whatsoever. Also the whole office refuses to fill out any paper work for their patients so if your expecting actual mental health support from this place don't waste your time. They won't be able to help you. Making it difficult for people with mental illness to find doctors and impacting the mental health crisis calling themselves a center for mental health! ITS A JOKE."

"I will never call this place Ever Again! The secatary who answered the phone proves why the rating are severely poor. I pray for any human being who is looking for help and because talking to the receptionist left a bad taste in my mouth and it should be said because this place is suppose to be a support system for individuals who are in need of mental support. Just wanted to make an appointment and I'm so glad I don't have one because I would never won't be around no negative energy. If the staff is ok how do you expect patients to trust this place. Seriously Sad!"
