"Horrible customer service. I inquired about obtaining services and was informed because I lived in Indiana they couldn’t service me. I informed them I currently have services in Illinois therefore I know licensing wouldn’t be a concern. They replied with regardless of what the previous agency did they won’t be servicing me! As a social worker, I know you can service me. I get multiple services in the state of Illinois. You are CHOOSING not to service me. I would give 0 stars if I had the option."
