"Horrible Nursing Home. My grandfather has been there about 6 weeks or so. Has not had running water in his room nor have I ever even seen toilet paper in his restroom. They want him to use the public restroom in the hallway. Oh and by the way last time I was there the toilet had poop on the bottom side of the seat. Gross."

"They treated me & my fiancée like absolute garbage and wouldn’t even talk to us on the phone. When we came up here to get a letter they wouldn’t even talk to us or anything. They left us out there for 45 mins and threatened to call the police because we needed a letter."

"I've had 4 family members there. It is clean facility. My family members were kept clean. The staff is friendly and caring. My concerns were addressed promptly. I like a small place where they know everyone by name."

"It’s been three years since I’ve visited this facility. They’ve updated the colors and really brightened things up. I met the new Administrator, I believe her name is Tara. I was very impressed with her. It was nice to see some of the CNA’s were still there. Brenda, Eva, April and Jennifer. They are wonderful."
