"Had a procedure done the staff was amazing from the front desk Priscilla to the nurses Nick, Nicole and Wendy they were all great. the anesthesiologist Shelby was amazing she talked me through the whole thing step by step. And of course Dr. Bowden she was awesome. It was an overall amazing experience, I never take the time to write a review but these employees were all amazing. "The surgery center itself is great. Everything was on time and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The problem is their billing department. I have paid the bill months ago and I’m still getting phone calls and mail requesting payment. The amount isn’t that much but they’re acting like a collection agency. I made the payment online before any of these phone calls started and they still can’t seem to update my account. I’ve even forwarded them the receipt. Not worth the hassle to go to this facility and then be treated this way."

"I found after sharing with several people to major concerns. A real problem telling people when their surgery will be which makes patient life very difficult to schedule someone to drive them and stay with them which is required. Very late notice and a lot of times people canceled their surgery because they just couldn’t Find someone that late notice to drive them and stay. But probably the worst thing that happened was you cannot trust the billing. Although they won’t let you sit foot on the property without paying upfront or having your insurance confirmed, they may bill you as much as one year later for exorbitant fees. I had even had the billing people check and make sure all amounts were accurate and was assured they were but low and behold a year and a month later I get a bill from them for $2400."
