"Chelsea in admissions is amazing however amy in Accounting and Susan her boss treat you like a child and when you ask for copies of your bill or an itemized bill get very upset with you."

"Using contract nurses, they don’t have the care for your loved one . But clean and don’t have the smells of a unkept unit , just the staff is unsatisfactory!"

"They didn’t give the care my Dad needed. Something happened to upset him and it was a bad night. They’re not giving Dad another chance, even in a different area of the facility. I think they need to seriously examine their staff to be sure they’re right for the job. The should have cameras to monitor not only patients but staff. How are they really treating their patients. I suspect a problem that administration should investigate. I don’t recommend this facility to anyone. I don’t know how they got a five star rating. I think that’s a farce. They don’t deserve it. You have to give a star to get your comments posted. I give them black holes, not stars."

"I love working at Oak Hill and I feel like I have the opportunity to be a spark in our residents life. I also enjoy that Oak Hill thinks of its employee's. Every month there is either a special event or giveaways for the staff. Along with special dress days which we share with our residents too! Our administration hears what we are saying and they try to meet our needs. If your looking for a job we are hiring in almost all of our departments. Right now. So stop by! We look forward to welcoming you with open arms."

"The nurses here are excellent and take wonderful care of their patients. They talk to them, bring them out of their rooms and let patients watch tv and socialize with other facility residents. My grandmother suffered a stroke and the staff spends enough time with her that she knows all of their names by the sound of their voices. The facility is in excellent shape and offers lots of natural light and windows to see out of. We moved my grandmother from another facility to this one so she would be closer to home and family members and we are very glad we did. We love Oak Hill and suggest it to anyone who is facing the decision to put their loved one in a skilled nursing facility. This is a good one!"
