"Staff was extremely rude and condescending. The appointment my friend was supposed to have was terminated before it could start because they refused to respect her athsma and anxiety and inability to properly wear a mask. The office let her get through her vitals and everything before informing her very rudely that she would not be allowed to see the Doctor. They also would not give her the option to wear her mask correctly, get a different mask, or even allow her to wear a face shield. The best part is that one of the receptionists was wearing her mask THE EXACT SAME WAY with it only covering her mouth."
