For 5 years and now at Harbor Health, Oakwood, Dr. Middleton has guided me to good health. He listens carefully and answers my questions thoroughly, often with humor. I am grateful for his common sense suggestions, medical advice, and encouraging words. FNP Nazhish Dhukka is a brilliant addition to the staff; in fact, without exception the staff in this office --by phone or portal--are caring, calm, clear communicators who respond quickly when I need them."

Jasmine is always great and Dr. Dhukka always makes me feel comfortable. Editing Review: I have been waiting on an authorization for my insurance from Harbor Health for weeks now. I have called each week with the hope they would reach out to my insurance after I gave them contact info and my insurance case number. My case is now about to close and I hope I don’t have to go through this all again because someone couldn’t make a phone call. Please give the same level of effort to patients once they leave the office! Really frustrating."
