"I would give this place a 0 if I could. Front staff is really rude. I called today 01/10/2024 at around 9:30am asked if this location was in Austin and their response was a rude No! Then silence and I said ok thank you hung up cause it was real awkward. I called back cause I was like ok let me see where they are at if the provider I’m looking for is there I’ll make the drive. So I called… and was hung up on. I called again asked if the provider worked there and they rudely said no she doesn’t work here! So of course me being me being in this type of field I called back and I asked if this is how they treat their patients? Her response was that provider hasn’t worked here in 12 years! I said I understand that but is this how you respond to your patients case Gosh damn you are rude! Are you the manager? I sure hope you aren’t and I hope you get fired! I hung up. Her proper response should have been no ma’am she hasn’t worked here in 12 yrs but if you need a new provider we would be happy to see you here. That simple. I’m in shock you aren’t rude to someone and then expect them to just sit back and say nothing. Imagine that being your elderly Mom trying to get an appointment or a refill and she has to deal with her. Big 0 from me. Also if you don’t want calls, update your website it’s been 12 years since the provider worked there. Proper care starts in the front desk. Choose a place that will give excellent care from a phone call to the moment you get there to when you leave. Rant over"
