Our areas of specialty include improving relationships with oneself and others. We believe in focusing on the person in front of us, rather than just a diagnosis, as each individual is unique and complex.

While our focus is not on diagnosis, we are open to incorporating specific techniques such as EMDR if desired. We can work together to create a personalized treatment plan within an evidence-based framework. Our therapist has received training in various therapy modalities to best support our clients on their journey towards healing and growth.
