"This place is absolutely horrible. I have been coming here for years and years only because I have been too busy or lazy to look elsewhere. Nobody EVER answers the phone. They always have one person who works the front desk and does all of the procedures at the same time. They have a bad attitude. They CONSTANTLY change their pricing and policies. They charged me 30 dollars for 13 years for my laser hair removal and then changed it to 70 dollars from one day to the next AND have you pay 50 % of the total cost up front before even going to your appointment. I had to cancel my appointment and asked for my money back and she said she would not give it back to me until I go back. I have been burnt, have had bad reactions to procedures, scheduled on days the facility was closed, the list goes on. I am honestly surprised they are still in business. They just lost a loyal customer and I strongly urge people to look elsewhere. DO NOT GO HERE!"
