Reviews
"This practice is life changing. The counselors provide top quality care. I am so thankful for the experience and professionalism."
"Change, Inc. is the top of my list for counseling referrals. Every person I have sent here shares their experience of growth and change for the better. The therapists are top notch. Ryan Neace has assembled a counseling team like no other and he himself is passionately dedicated to the commitment that every client receive excellent care."
"This organization is top notch. I highly recommend them. Each of their staff have been so kind and friendly to me. They are experts in their field for sure. Having gone to several other counselors in the past, across the country even, that have been "budget counselors" I typically left those counseling sessions wondering why I was even spending the little that I was. With Change, not only does it fit into my mental health budget (Yes... everyone should have one of those) but I would pay twice as much as I am for the counsel I am receiving. They are THAT good. And I know that my mental health and my future investments are worth that. If you are looking for a counseling office that is simply in that upper echelon look no further. I am positive you will be satisfied, I know I am."
"As a newcomer to therapy who was skeptical about the idea for years, I cannot say enough about how helpful my time at Change Inc has been. From day one, the South Kingshighway team made me feel welcome and important. They took interest in the challenges specific to my situation and helped me choose a counselor best equipped to address those problems. Meredith was a great choice and has masterfully balanced listening, asking questions, and offering a novel perspective in every meeting since. I've never felt talked down to or prescribed here. Instead, each session is an organic conversation in which I'm guided toward developing the tools to understand and address my own fears. And it's made a noticeable difference in my ability to deal with adversity. The last year has felt like becoming a more resilient person with the help of someone who is genuinely invested in my world. Change Inc has also been refreshingly accommodating on everything from meeting format and length to extenuating financial circumstances. Since lockdown began, most of my sessions have been via video call from my car. But, the time together is always professional and productive. The team has even been willing to work with me during periods of financial uncertainty to find arrangements that would allow us to continue meeting. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better first experience with therapy. The people here are present, humble, and really do care."
"My experience at Change, Inc has been overwhelmingly positive since I first reached out almost two years ago. I recommend it to anyone seeking a therapist. One of the things I liked so much was the process of getting started finding a therapist; Nicole with the client liaison team did a great job listening to what I was looking for and helping me find the right counselor for my needs. I also appreciate that I was required to fill out an in-depth form about myself that my therapist read before our first session; it really helped get past that first session feeling of having to give my whole life history in less than an hour. The fact that the rates are on a sliding scale is also extremely helpful. I loved my experience at Change, Inc and I can’t recommend it highly enough."
