"We had a house renovated in 2006 and this company was hired to do carpentry work. This house had to be custom done to accommodate our daughter who is in a wheelchair. We have had nothing but issues since the house was finished. Every door in house is hung wrong. You can see light thru all of them. They came back to fix them but it's the frames that are not plumb. They ruined the wood flooring, we still aren't sure how, but it had dings all over . So we had the floors re-sanded and found out after the fact that bamboo floors are factory finished and should never be sanded. We also have a beam that should have been put in crawl space that was forgotten. The inspector caught it months after the fact. It was finally installed but the entire kitchen floor sunk in that area and the kitchen cabinets had to be built up about and inch to fix issue. I could go on and on about this company. Maybe after 14 years they have gotten better but for what we paid for this house the work was not good quality at all! We have slowly been fixing what can be fixed. Short of having all the floors and doors ripped out and a few other items we are stuck with these issues everyday."
