"I was referred to Doctor Gray after developing range of motion and pain issues following a shoulder surgery. I had returned to my surgeon for a second round of PT, seen another provider for more PT and alternative treatments (red light therapy and dry needling) gone back to my surgeon again for further imaging and steroid and PRP injections for no significant improvement. The biggest difference I found with Doctor Gray was that it felt like he was treating me and my specific issues. The previous providers seemed to be treating generic symptoms and it felt like I could have gotten the same care by Googling the issues and watching YouTube videos.
