"The must awful service, I had appointment today, because I was rescheduled from 11/27 to 11/20, my exam is very urgent bc I have a tumor on my right breast, that is very painful, and another mas on my left breast, but after explaining all this to the nurse who attended the front desk she was very rude, she told me that she doesn't know why they did reschedule my appointment for today bc they have not enough coworkers to perform the imaging, and ultrasound, and I think all this was an excuse bc she doesn't want to finish late her shift, after that she did everything that she could to cancel my appointments, I can't believe that she did it to me, I beg her to do not cancel my appointments but after all this she just did. if I die because this on time exam could save my life, she will blame for that. Very rude coworkers in this location. I'm very sad and very disappointed, also I have the reference from my primary doctor. And bc I don't have insurance, maybe that's why she's acting like that. I don't really know, or maybe is just lacy people. With not heart."

"Being a male and dealing with the life changing event such as Male Breast Cancer, i suggest you find another facility to work with! They have no regard for you and the approach is that they don't have their facility set up for male intake! I sat in the waiting room as it cleared twice and that was the reason they gave me! It's not a man's fault that by now you all haven't taken the precautions needed for something that not only plagues women, but men as well!"

I really appreciate the high level of service I received. If you have not been checked , make sure you do immediately. I myself would only go to The Rose for all my needs .
