"Billing practices are what most would call criminal. Just reviewing charges on a card and saw a charge from this counseling group for $150. This appointment was canceled at 9:45am the day prior to an appointment which was to be at 9:00am. When questioned about the charge I was told that it is in the paperwork that we must give 24 hours notice. So sorry I missed by 45 minutes. Just wow. This is a place that tells you not to show up more than 10 minutes late or you will need to be rescheduled and still billed for the appointment. My new policy will be to bill the office if I am seen beyond 10 minutes of my appointment time. What is Good for the goose is good for the gander."

"Their counselors are great but as many people have said their billing practices are garbage. I had an emergency and had to work late and tried to reschedule my appointment. I left a message, a return call was received and I was able to cancel then schedule another appointment. The kicker was the next day I was charged a late cancellation fee. Nothing was stated in the cancellation phone call and it’s a shame they won’t work with you on this."

"The counselors are fine. However, Radzom's billing practices need serious improvement. They charged my FSA card for a payment and the balance on it had recently been depleted. Exactly two minutes later they canceled my next appointment due to non-payment. They didn't even proactively call or email to ask for another form of payment -- they just abruptly and uncompassionately canceled my appointment without warning. Practices like this are what give U.S. healthcare such a bad reputation."

"Radzom reminds me of the Chinese village doctor who had a terrific cure rate... because she carefully screened prospects and only saw patients who didn't really need her. I specifically asked to talk to someone about finding an appropriate therapist, and instead, they sent me to their website and insisted on communicating by email. They turned me down for therapy based on my self diagnosis ... are patients qualified to diagnose? And when someone finally called it was a clerk who could only say "so and so has agreed to see you (not the counselor I had chosen)", as though it was some kind of big favor. What we have here are people in the talking business who won't talk to you and people in the people business who are rude."
