Reviews of Two Cell Jail
"Very interesting stop on Route 66!"
"I think this old jail cell is worth a short visit for anyone passing near Gardner. I'm giving this 5 stars since I appreciate that the town of Gardner has preserved this site. The door is locked in the winter, but in the summer you can step inside and get a better sense of what it might have been like to get locked up in a small town about a century ago!"
"if you talk to the nice volunteers you will find very interesting places, steeped in history"
"Cool historical building being preserved by the city. I didn't care about history growing up but I do now and I'm glad stuff like this still exists for us to see today."
"The Two Cell Jail is a nice attraction about the history of Gardner. It was interesting to check out the retired jail from the past. It was also nice to have the Riviera Restaurant trolley diner also at the same location. Then you have the Shop on Route 66 a very short walk away as well. So you get three attractions with one stop. And they're all interesting. Worth the visit."
