"If I could give zero stars, I would. My friend was suffering from dizzy spells, falling, weakness in her limbs. This quack told her it might be a stroke, and had her drive home from his office, call a number to make her own appointment for a CT scan, then fax the results back to his office when she got them. She never went to get the scan, she went to a hospital instead. A couple of days later, she had surgery to remove a tumor from her brain that was impacting her coordination and cognition. The notes from her appointment stated she had altered mental state, and they sent her home!! He shouldn't have a license, nobody that works in that office should work in the medical field. They're all a disgrace to humanity."

"Sitting here in the lobby. My dad had a 10:30 appointment. We arrived at 10:10. We checked in and they have taken people walking in at 10:45, 10:50, 11 ahead of us. Dont schedule appointments if you can't keep them."

"Dr. Nguyen, his care team, and the front office staff have been absolutely wonderful. My experience has been so overwhelmingly positive that I am trying to convince my wife to change primary care docs to Dr. Nguyen and his team."

"Pretty miserable experience... The lady at the front desk has always been moody and that's ok. It was tolerable... The icing on the cake was when Susan (the office manager I am guessing?) Told me that she was frustrated that all the patients always blame them for any issues with the pharmacy. She followed that up by telling me that I needed to find a new doctor then hung up on me. I was then called by one of the staff a couple hours later to let me know that I would need to schedule an appt. so that I could get my prescription refilled. That would have been great if Susan had not soured my opinion of the clinic. My family has been using this clinic for a few years... Seems to be very hit or miss. I guess it is time to find a new doctor."
