Rupert Johnson and John Mcpeak have violated their constitutional oath to office. To help ALL citizens but Rupert Johnson and John Mcpeak are literally WASTING our hard earned money and using is like their own personal bank accounts. They just agreed to waste $1000.00 to survey our property on Holland Street just because Rupert Johnson thinks he's superior. They illegally diverted their buddies water into our property. Kerry Johns use to be on the board. Nepotism is happening in Harrisburg Illinois. Our property is on the corner of Holland Street and Madeline street if anyone wants to go personally look. Go look for yourself and you can visibly see a favor was done. My mother in law was poor and Kerry and these board members knew it to.
