"These thieves charged me a $30 no-show fee for an appointment that I canceled more than 24 hours beforehand. The appointment was supposed to be on a Friday and the charge was already on my credit card statement on the Wednesday before the scheduled appointment. I called the billing department to dispute the charge and they assured me that I would be receiving a manual refund for this charge. I never heard back from them. Beware."

"Dr Andrea Jervis-Woolf didn't take my concerns seriously. I went in with swelling and she didn't even examine me nor refer me. She said there is nothing wrong (I've had it for months). Immediately left and switched to Dr Elhajj."

"Do not come here if you want answers/solutions for your health concerns. After weeks of trying to figure out what’s going on and no answer I took matters into my own hands and asked for certain tests to try and figure it out myself. The doctors refused and denied all further testing because she said it was “not necessary”. I explained that I was worried and I just wanted peace of mind. She then proceeded to call me aggressive and rude and say I was argumentative. She made me cry then cancelled my follow up appointment. This is the 3rd time I’ve been to magnolia family medicine and not only are the doctors extremely rude and clearly only care about the money, the nurses are also rude and will not answer any questions or concerns. They will tell you to make another appointment just to ask a simple question. I do not recommend. If you care about yourself or your loved one’s health please do yourself a favor and skip this facility all together."

"Front desk staff is always friendly with great customer service interaction. Dr. Glick is very helpful and thorough during every appointment, she is an AMAZING doctor! She genuinely listens to you and never makes you feel rushed. She takes the time to explain everything and answers any and all of your questions that you may have. Previously I saw Dr. Bautista and was a little wary that I was going to be seeing a new doctor, but I love my care with Dr. Glick! I am so thankful to have her as my doctor. If you are looking for a doctor who will take your health serious and won’t dismiss your symptoms, please go with Dr. Glick!"
