"I called in late Feb. to schedule an appointment to file my basic taxes. The nice lady on the phone said the earliest opening was March 9th, which is understandable since it's tax season. When I arrived with all documents in hand I was greeted by 2 nice people (CPA and an assistant) who simply requested I hand over the documents, asked me a couple of questions, and gave me the price of how much it will cost. Then they said "this will take two weeks due to our workload". The meeting lasted less than 5 minutes with no consultation, and no understanding of my taxes. I returned later that day to cancel after scheduling a meeting with another CPA firm who offered 1 on 1 live (or zoom) meeting to file my taxes. Total waste of my time. Stay away from this company."
