And they decided to use their own banking account, when I received my 1st stimulus check it was short b/c thier banking fee to reissue the check, was told to send it back and it would be returned to IRS, that was back in 5/20, this morning Melissa told me she sent the checks back on 1/4/21? Really,,, run, don't walk out of their office"

"Horrible place to do you’re taxes. I was asking for previous AGI due to filing with this small company last year and after no returned phone calls and getting the run around I still have not received any information. Instead they sent me a Facebook message saying how irresponsible I was and that they sent me my info through text. This is not possible and I would not be writing this if I had received the information. If any thing this business is irresponsible for handling crucial information. What kind of business is this If you can not retrieve you’re own information. How are they still open? I will be taking this to a lawyer I just hired."

"Be Weare!!! My Girlfriend and her mother did there tax return at M&J Tax Services. Her mother received her tax return deposit short $500, this was the first time she filed for returns since she moved to the U.S. under two years ago, when we contacted the IRS to find out why it was short, we were told that M&J Tax services had requested that $500 be deposited in their acct. After contacting M&J Tax Services, they admitted to making a "mistake" and that they will return the amount. I wonder how many "mistakes" they make on innocent peoples tax returns??? You were Warned!!!"

"Bad customer service. Doesnt respond in a timely matter . I filed my taxes here more than a month ago and they say they have been trying to get a hold of me for 3 weeks now , which is highly impossible seeing as i always have my phone on me . Filed my 1040 form there, THEY put wrong information on my form and blamed me because of their employees faults. They dont even have the decency to appologoze . I would NEVER go back, im over here trying to support elpaso business' and they proved me right , i should of just went to H&R Block ,they charge more but at least they would of done it right the first time no excuses .i Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone . I have called over 30 times today because yesterday they told me to call at 9 am when they opened its already 11:30 and they still domt amswer their phone"
