"They give good advice when it comes to TA, and schooling. But, when it comes to GI bill and Voc rehab RUN AWAY. Seek advice elsewhere because they have misled me and now I cannot fix the error. However, they are always nice and you would think (because of the confidence) they knew what they were talking about. Don't do it to yourself."

"Hard time finding this place. Entrance is in the back as of now. There is a parking in the back away from the street. Everyone was super helpful with my questions and gave me a lot of insight on how to tackle college and use TA. You mist have an Armyignited account and know which college you have applied and accepted into as well as your student ID. Make sure to sign the agreement statement on ArmyIgn. They have a lot of education goals to go through and approve before you so please be patient. I recommend having your questions before calling or coming to visit."

"This place is absolutely horrible. I took 2 university classes back in January and February of 2022. Completed everything I needed to on ArmyIgnited. Nothing was approved by this education center until July 2022 and supposedly the funds were released last week. IT HAS TAKEN 6 MONTHS!! In that time, the school has been sending me bills which I have told them several times I was waiting on ArmyIgnited. Now the school has sent me into debt collections and the school hasn’t received the money. This was my first 2 classes that I have taken using Army tuition assistance, and because I was trying to work on my personal education and finish my degree I now have a negative hit on my credit. Definitely not encouraged to keep taking classes… Thanks Fort Sam Houston Education Center! You’ve made my experience absolutely horrible!"

"Literally the least helpful ED center I've ever used. Been in the military for 10 years and I've never experienced this bad it service. These employees are using the pandemic as a guise to be less productive. They do not assist with the new ignited system. They elongate the clearing process from post."
