"amazing customer service. I emailed the company on Sunday night when I discovered my parapet wall was on the verge of failing. That Sunday evening I had a message from Tammy saying they would be out at 7am on Monday. Jack showed up at 7am, diagnosed my problem and gave me a solution. By Monday afternoon I had a bid. I contacted 3 other companies, 1 never got back with me, 1 stood me up and 1 showed up 2 days later than what they said they would. Given the circumstances of the situation they prioritized my project for Tuesday morning. By the time I got home from work on Tuesday afternoon, the project was done, they cleaned up and the work looked great. From end to end just an easy process. Can't recommend enough."
