"Upon interning the Old Post Office buiding for a 9:00am appt. at the Secretary of States office,, I was rudely confronted by security officer "Eugene". Just waiting for my party to appear to file official documents before the first of the year, Eugene insulted me, implied I was homeless & called the Police. New security needed."
