"Could not get an appointment waited on hold forever and Lorena couldn't be bothered because she was "busy" and to call back but then it says they're on lunch, no one has called us back after they scheduled our appointment for a day they're not even in the office. 4 days later nothing. This place is unprofessional."

"Dr. Cheleuitte was quick, informative, and did a great job for me, and the nursing staff was kind and attentive. Just a few months after a pretty aggressive surgery, I've been able to run again with no problems. In post-op care, he went out of his way to personally call me immediately after I had reached out with some concerns. I have no complaints from the few months that I saw them, and I'm glad I went to them."

"My mother and i have tried numerous times to get Elias R. Cheleuitte, DPM to fill out an amended prescription for a leg brace that has already been filled out by her orthotics Dr. All he has to do is copy the notes. But him and his staff is to incompetent to do it. His staff assistant has been going around in circles saying Elias is out of town and other times that she's on it and going to fax it. Other times i have called and she said " its on his desk". Im not sure why we are getting this type of service and if anyone else is having this same problem in the San Antonio office. Maybe the Floresville Office is getting better service. Nonetheless this has been an on going issue since the beginning of February and there is no excuses. The service is below standard. If Your in the San Antonio area would definitely look somewhere else . Again , maybe the Floresville location gets better service."

"I found him found him to be rude and didn’t even explain to me what he’d be doing. He cut my toe nail without warning which hurt like hell and he even threw a piece of it at me to give to my husband . I would never ever return to him."
